Refund policy

REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions below.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and it must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

REFUND PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at info@neomatic.ee. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Vana Kandi tee 3, Garage 2, Kandiküla, 61404 Estonia.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 14 days.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

 If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@neomatic.ee and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the requested item will be available at the time of the exchange.

RETURN SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us at info@neomatic.ee within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist you with a return or exchange.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Some items are non-returnable, including gift cards, perishable goods, and personalized or customized items.
