GR Yaris AC Delete Kit

Are you turning you GR Yaris into a dedicated track tool or rally car? Looking to save every last bit of weight you can? Then our AC delete kit is just the upgrade for you! 

We have designed a bracket to sit in place of the original factory AC pump on your G16E-GTS engine. Fitting it is easy as it bolts into the exact place where the AC pump used to be, just reducing the weight massively. Our bracket is machined out of EN6082 aluminium giving the required strength and rigidity to provide you with peace of mind for many races to come. 

Our pulley has been matched to the size of the factory unit eliminating the need to change the auxiliary belt in order to use our kit. You can just pull the factory belt off, remove the AC pump, bolt on our delete kit and reinstall your belt. 

We also include all new bolts needed to fit the delete kit as the factory AC pump bolts are too long to reuse. The shorter bolts also provide a small but still noteworthy extra weight saving. 

Our kits are successfully used by rally and track drivers around the world to cut down lap times and improve performance with their GR Yaris. 

Total weight savings of around 25kg are to be expected when removing the complete AC system and replacing the pump with our delete kit. This does require removing all parts of the AC system, including condenser and lines as would be done on a race car build. 

The weight of our GR Yaris AC Delete kit with bracket, pulley and bolts included is 900g.

Our AC Delete Kit contains the following: 

• AC pump replacement bracket machined out of EN6082 aluminum
• Replacement pulley size matched to factory spec
• A set of bolts required for fitting
